Kelvin Holliday

Kelvin is a passionate family man with highly developed networking and relational skills. With over 15 years operating his own construction business, 25 years in education (business, construction, community services, and outdoor recreation) and 11 years working within the not for profit sector, Kelvin brings with him a depth of knowledge, experience and a passion for people reaching their full potential.

What we are about
Like many organisations, Transformational Group commenced operations in 2011 in a spare room at home in Penrith NSW Australia. From these humble beginnings, we grew out of a huge passion to add value into peoples lives and make a real difference to empowering people to reach their dreams.
In 2012, seeing the need for quality education and organisational efficiencies, we extended our strategic consultancy services and established the Transformational Institute, a Nationally Recognised Training Organisation (RTO) that now holds government contracts to deliver Trainee-ships in Leadership and Management; Disability: Aged Care: Individual Support; Outdoor Recreation and First Aid.
